La gamme de la série TP(D) propose des pompes simples types TP et doubles types TPD. Ces pompes sont conçues de façon à être facilement extraits de la tuyauterie.
La plupart de ces pompes sont disponibles soit avec un moteur standard (TP et TPD) soit avec un moteur électronique (TPE et TPED)
Il s'agit de pompes centrifuges monocellulaires (1 étage), in-line (en ligne) avec moteur standard et garniture mécanique.
La construction en deux parties (moteur et hydraulique séparés) de ces pompes permet de véhiculer des liquides avec plus d'impuretés que permettraient des pompes similaires à rotor noyé.
Par conséquent, une seule personne peut réaliser la maintenance, même sur les grosses pompes.
La gamme TP est divisée en quatre catégories en fonction du concept de la pompe.
TP série 100 avec raccord-union Rp 1 (DN 25) à Rp 1 ¼ (DN 32) et puissances moteur de 0,12 à 0,25 kW.
TP série 200 à brides DN 32 à DN 100 et puissances moteur de 0,12 à 2,2 kW.
TP série 300 à brides DN 32 à DN 65 et puissances moteur de 0,25 à 30 kW.
TP série 400 à brides. Deux versions existent: • Version 10 bar avec brides DN 100 à DN 250 et puissances moteur de 30 à 90 kW. • Version 25 bar avec brides DN 65 à DN 400 et puissances moteur de 4 à 630 kW.
Pompes TP agrées ATEX. Sur demande, Grundfos propose des pompes TP et TPD respectant la norme ATEX. Toutes les pompes TP respectant la norme ATEX sont en accord avec la Directive 94/ 9/EC (Groupe II, Catégorie 3).
Moteurs à haut rendement. Les pompes TP équipées de moteurs 2 ou 4 pôles de 1,1 kW à 90 kW sont des moteurs au rendement classification EFF 1. La classe de moteurs au rendement 1 correspond à la classe la plus élevée suivant le classement établi par le CEMEP.
Pompes électroniques avec moteurs à variation de vitesse - TPE
La plupart des pompes TP, TPD sont disponibles avec moteurs à variation de vitesse (pompes TPE(D). Ces moteurs sont disponibles en monophasé et triphasé avec micro-convertisseur de fréquences intégré. La régulation de la fréquence permet un réglage continuel de la vitesse du moteur; ceci permet de régler le fonctionnement de la pompe sur n'importe quel point entre les courbes de performances maxi et mini. L'adaptation des performances de la pompe est obtenue grâce à la régulation de la vitesse.
Les matériaux de la pompe sont les mêmes que ceux de la gamme TP.
Pourquoi sélectionner une pompe TPE ? Sélectionner une pompe TPE si: • un fonctionnement régulé est nécessaire, par exemple si la consommation varie; • si une pression constante est requise • si une communication avec la pompe est requise.
L'adaptation des performances par régulation électronique de la vitesse offre des avantages importants : • Economies d'énergie • Confort amélioré • Commande et surveillance de la pompe.
Pompes TPE série 2000 Comme les pompes TPE mentionnées ci-dessus, les pompes TPE(D) série 2000 sont équipées d'un moteur avec convertisseur de fréquences, mais ces pompes incorporent en plus un capteur de pression différentielle. Les pompes TPE série 2000 sont conçues pour un ajustement continuel de la pression par rapport au débit. Ces pompes sont faciles et rapides à installer.
Pompes TPE Série 1000 sont équipées d'un moteur avec convertisseur de fréquences mais ne sont pas équipées d'un capteur de pression différentielle.
Les pompes TP-B sont recommandées pour véhiculer des eaux chaudes sanitaires
